Genesis Service Valet is designed to make maintaining your vehicle more convenient. Eligible Genesis owners can schedule a service appointment and arrange to have their vehicle picked up from a convenient location. Your Genesis is then brought to the service center for qualifying maintenance or warranty service and returned when the appointment is complete.
Eligible owners may also receive a courtesy replacement vehicle during their service appointment, subject to availability and program terms. That means you can continue with your day while your Genesis receives professional care.
How Does Genesis Service Valet Work?
Getting started is simple. Schedule your Genesis service appointment online or through the Genesis mobile app and coordinate your preferred pickup details. Service Valet helps take care of the transportation so you don't have to spend your day dropping off your vehicle, waiting at the dealership, and returning to pick it up.
Once your service is complete, your Genesis can be returned to the location you selected, helping make routine vehicle maintenance fit more easily into your schedule.
Complimentary Convenience for Genesis Owners
Eligible new Genesis vehicles include complimentary Service Valet for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. Eligibility, replacement transportation, covered services, and other benefits are subject to Genesis program terms.
